Nursing staff were attentive, patient, cheerful and competent. I felt safe in very professional hands. I have no complaints whatsoever concerning care. Bathroom shelves used for urine jugs and clean towels I was not so happy with.

Everyone I saw, doctors, anaesthetist, nurses, recovery staff - all very knowledgeable about my situation and medical history. Made me feel cared for and safe. Everyone had time for me and I was not rushed in any way at anytime. Everything is explained in a way I can understand it. I've felt happy and relaxed during my experience. Today was the first day in many months and i've felt comfortable, relaxed and no anxiety. Pain management is superb. Can't really think if you could improve on the level of service. Thank you!

The nurse we saw was very nice. She was kind and polite and very patient. Akui made out experience here very welcoming.
